It can be a difficult to see the way forward when you have a QuickBooks file which has been used to create invoices and you wish to start using QuickBooks to it’s full potential. Should I start a new file or update the old file? The answer is of course it depends.
Creating a new file , with QuickBooks Software Training re opening balances (reflecting accrued VAT) and importing customer / supplier details will give this client a clean start for the new financial year.

Another day , another QuickBooks file.
Today’s training focus on accurals and prepayments together with addressing historical data issues.
Whilst the file still needs some additional work its always nice to see a QuickBooks file taking shape.

A review of three QuickBooks files , all not for profit organisations.
A very practical day including a review of / entering the accountants year end journals bringing the Balance Sheet in QuickBooks in line with the final accounts.

A very pleasant training day in Cambridge ( a wonderful city).
Redesigned the QuickBooks set up , sorted out the opening bank reconcile and created bespoke reporting to create debtor reports for different groups of clients.

It’s always nice to provide QuickBooks Training for a business with stock. Today we covered the full stock process from sales orders / purchase orders to reports. A bespoke training day which included importing stock items into QuickBooks , Useful stock Reports and adapting stock reports (e.g Gross Profit by stock items for trade customer and similar for retail sales.

Over the toll bridge from the city on the border between Devon and Cornwall I found myself training by the sea in a Cornish beautiful village.
The Training day focussed on the complex structure of the QuickBooks file and set up to provide the reporting required for this not for profit organisation.
