It’s always nice to provide QuickBooks Training for a business with stock. Today we covered the full stock process from sales orders / purchase orders to reports. A bespoke training day which included importing stock items into QuickBooks , Useful stock Reports and adapting stock reports (e.g Gross Profit by stock items for trade customer and similar for retail sales.

Over the toll bridge from the city on the border between Devon and Cornwall I found myself training by the sea in a Cornish beautiful village.

The Training day focussed on the complex structure of the QuickBooks file and set up to provide the reporting required for this not for profit organisation.

You can pay a bill by credit card from the pay bills screen. You need to select the payment type first from the drop down boxes (bottom left of screen). Once Credit Card is selected the cards available will display in the account box to the left.

If you do not select the appropriate type only bank accounts will display in the account field.
